** Digital classifieds firm says shareholders on Tuesday
voted in favour of a scheme of arrangement under which Japan's

** LIFULL, a real estate portal, had agreed to buy Mitula in
May this year for about A$188.3 mln ($135.54 mln) urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL3N1SG3NW
** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain in 3 weeks
** About 2.3 mln shares change hands, compared with 30-day
average volume of 576,500
** As of last close, stock had risen 30.8 pct this year and
70 pct since the takeover offer was announced in May
