LEGAL & GENERAL UCITS ETF PLC

RESULT OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

 

Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the "Company") wishes to announce that the
extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of the L&G Emerging Markets ESG
Exclusions Paris Aligned UCITS ETF, was held at the registered office of the
Company at 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, on 26 February at
3:00 p.m. All resolutions proposed in the Notice of EGM were passed as
follows:

 

 RESOLUTIONS                                                                      FOR        AGAINST  ABSTAIN
 Ordinary Resolution                                                              4,676,956  -        -

 That the investment objective of L&G Emerging Markets ESG Exclusions Paris
 Aligned UCITS ETF (to be renamed L&G Emerging Markets Equity UCITS ETF) is
 hereby changed to reads as follows "The investment objective of the Fund is to
 provide exposure to the large and mid-cap equity market in emerging markets".

 

 Number of shares of the Company in respect of which proxy appointments had    4,676,956
 been validly made:
 Number of shares of the Company in respect of which the vote was directed to
 be withheld:

Accordingly, the proposed resolutions were approved by the Shareholders in
attendance or represented at the EGM.

 

The changes set out in the circular dated 4 February 2026 are expected to take
effect on or around 27 February 2026 (the "Effective Date").

 

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement
shall have the same meanings as those defined in the circular dated 4 February
