Wall Street's main indexes rose on Friday as cooling wage growth and a tick up
in the unemployment rate solidified expectations that inflation may be easing
and renewed hopes that the Federal Reserve may have to be less aggressive in
raising rates. .N
At 11:31 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 1.12% at
32,009.41. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 1.21% at 4,015.01 and the Nasdaq Composite
.IXIC was up 1.16% at 11,921.822.
