Update re Suspension of Trading on AIM

 

London, United Kingdom - 21 January 2026 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM:
LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that, further to the
Company's announcement of 2 January 2026, work to finalise the Mineral
Resource Estimates ("MRE") for its BAM Gold Project and the B4-7 and VW
deposits is nearing completion and the Company expects to be in a position to
publish the updated MRE by the end of this week.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will remain suspended pending
publication of the updated MRE.
