Update on Suspension of Trading on AIM

 

London, United Kingdom - 02 January 2026 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM:
LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that, further to the
Company's announcement of 11 December 2025, work to finalise the Mineral
Resource Estimate ("MRE") for its BAM Gold Project and the B4-7 and VW
deposits is continuing and the Company expects to be in a position to publish
the updated MRE in mid-January.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will remain suspended pending
publication of its updated MRE.
