    * Says it will acquire 100 percent stake in Asian Link Co 
Ltd for 
740 million yen, effective April 2  
    * Says it will issue 187,060 shares via private placement, 
at the 
price of 1,283 yen per share, and raise 240 million yen in 
total, and payment date on April 2  
    * The proceeds will be used for the stake acquisition
