    * Says its second biggest shareholder Katsutoshi Hirose, who
is
the president of the company will increase voting power in the
company to 19.97 percent from 16.28 percent and will become top
shareholder of the company
    * Says its top shareholder's voting power in the company
will
diluted to 19.58 percent from 20.49 percent and will become the
second biggest shareholder of the company
