 * Application has been made for resumption of trading in shares on the stock exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 6 January 2016 
 * On 5 January 2016, co and the new shares placing agent entered into the new shares placing agreement 
 * Placing agent agreed to place 400 million new placing shares at placing price of hk$0.3876 per new placing share
