Cancellation of Treasury Shares

The Company today announces the cancellation of treasury shares in accordance
with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act 2006 and pursuant to
the share buyback and cancellation programme as previously announced in 2025.

 

This announcement is released in compliance with UK Listing Rule 9.8.2 and DTR
5, with disclosure of the following information:

 Total number of ordinary shares cancelled                                        16,349,385
 Total number of ordinary shares held in Treasury following the cancellation      0
 Total number of ordinary shares in issue following the cancellation              528,630,125
 Total number of voting rights following the cancellation                         528,630,125

 This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation
 by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
 or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
 Guidance and Transparency Rules.
