The Board of JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to
shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 14th May
2026, a dividend of 8.75p will be paid on 29th May 2026 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 17th April 2026. The ex-dividend date
will be 16th April 2026.

 

A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders and the last
election date is 7th May 2026.
