Wall Street's main indexes rose on Monday, with a rally in megacap growth stocks
such as Alphabet and Tesla supporting a sharp recovery in the tech-laden Nasdaq
ahead of the U.S. Federal Reserve's meeting this week. .N 
    
    At 11:50 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.43% at
38,880.72. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.92% at 5,163.95 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 1.23% at 16,169.189.
