U.S. stock index futures edged higher on Friday, with investors piling on
economically sensitive energy, banks and travel stocks ahead of key retail sales
data that would shed light on the strength of the economic recovery.  .N 
    At 7:33 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.13% at 34,908. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.15% at 4,358.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
0.19% at 14,816.
