Laboratory Inc for 159.6 million yen in total, effective June 29
    * Says it will fully buy Algorithm Laboratory Inc via stock
swap
after acquisition, effective July 31
    * One share of Algorithm Laboratory Inc's stock will be
exchanged
with 1,664.69 shares of the company
