The Company announces that, after more than seven years of service, Mr
Christopher Metcalfe will be stepping down from the Board with effect from 1
April 2026. The entire Board extends sincere thanks to Christopher for his
significant contributions during his tenure as Non-Executive Director and
Senior Independent Director.

The Board has commenced a recruitment process to ensure that it continues to
have an appropriate balance of experience, skills and diversity.
