    * In a consortium decides not to extend a tender guarantee for an offer chosen by OGP

    * The consortium comprises of Tesgas, Izostal SA  IZS.WA , Zrug Zabrze SA and Germany-based 
Friedrich Vorwerk KG (GmbH&Co) 
    * The tender guarantee has not been extended as the consortium members have not reached an 
agreement regarding, among others, work division and have not signed a contract with the tender 
holder
