* Signs in consortium with Stalprofil SA STFP.WA a
framework agreement to deliver pipes to O.G.P. Gaz-System SA
* The contract with O.G.P. Gaz-System is for 4 years and its
value will not be higher than 1.84 billion zlotys ($493.3
million) net
