India's Bharti Airtel hits record high on block deals, sale of S.Lanka ops

** Bharti Airtel  BRTI.NS  jumps 5.3% to record high of
1,281.30 rupees, top gainer on Nifty 50 index  .NSEI  
    ** About 938,000 BRTI shares traded in 10 block deals at
1220-1271.65 rupees price range - LSEG data
    ** Prices are a premium of up to 4.5% to prev close 
    ** Separately, Sri Lankan telecom operator Dialog Axiata
 DIAL.CM  signs deal to BRTI's ops in the country
    ** Stock set to snap three straight sessions of losses in
its busiest session since late Feb
    ** BRTI has surged ~24% YTD vs the Nifty 50's 2.6% rise
    ** Fellow teleco Vodafone Idea  VODA.NS  and infra developer
Indus Towers  INUS.NS  also rise on rating upgrades
