** IGAS says GAIL GAIL.NS increases domestic gas
allocations by 31% with effect from Jan. 16
** Says the increase to have positive impact on
profitability
** IGAS fell as much as ~25% after co flagged issues with
gas allocation in Nov, but has recovered since
** GAIL ends session ~4% lower
