reports that oil ministry re-submits a proposal to halve excise
duty on CNG to 7%
** Indraprastha Gas IGAS.NS , Gujarat Gas GGAS.NS , Gail
(India) GAIL.NS and Mahanagar Gas MGAS.NS gain between 1.7%
and 2.7%
** YTD, IGAS down ~5%, GGAS up ~10%, MGAS up ~5% and GAIL up
~23%
