LIMITED in late June and invest in 1G DYNAMICS LIMITED 
    * Says 1G DYNAMICS LIMITED will acquire H&G Hagger Limited 
and Vibratech Limited from Mark Hagger and Trevor Deards 
respectively, with undisclosed price  
    * Effective early July
