May 3 (Reuters) - iA Inc  038880.KQ  :
    
    * Says it will issue 5th series unregistered and unsecured
private convertible bonds, to raise 5 billion won in proceeds
for operations and investment 
    * Maturity date is May 4, 2023, coupon rate is 2 percent and
yield to maturity is 5 percent for the bonds
    * Conversion price is 3,550 won/share and conversion ratio
is 100 percent
