    * Company and investor entered into subscription agreement 
    * Company has conditionally agreed to issue and investor has 
conditionally agreed to subscribe for bonds 
    * Deal in aggregate principal amount of HK$100 million 
    * Net proceeds from issue of bond is estimated to be 
approximately HK$99.5 million 
    * Company intends to use net proceeds for funding of new 
intergraded solution projects and general working capital
