* On 5 may, vendors, which are units of co, co as vendors'
guarantor, and purchasers entered into disposal agreement
* Deal at total consideration of HK$85 million
* Group will record a gain of approximately HK$60 million as
a result of disposal
* Says maximum liability of company under disposal
agreement shall not exceed HK$6 million
