    * Discloseable Transaction In Relation To Disposal Of The 
Entire Equity Interest In Tiger Global Group Limited  
    * Deal at consideration of HK$30 million 
    * Vendor has agreed to sell and purchaser to purchase sale 
shares, representing entire issued share capital of target 
company 
    * Upon completion of transaction, group will cease to have 
any interests in target group. 
    * Group will record a loss of approximately HK$5.6 million 
as a result of disposal 
    * Vendor being Star Guardian Holdings Limited; purchaser 
being Yuchi International Limited
