* Says its top shareholder, an individual shareholder will
cut voting power in the company to 0 percent from 18.7 percent
* Says a Tokyo-based general incorporated association, which
is mainly engaged in marketable securities and real estate
related business, will increase voting power to 18.7 percent
from 0 percent and will become top shareholder of the company
* Change effective Aug. 1
