Aug 24 (Reuters) - Royalty North Partners Ltd  RNP.V  
    * Royalty North Partners - entered into loan agreement with 
newly formed entity based in British Columbia which will acquire 
shares of Advance Wire Products 
    * Under terms of agreement, co will loan C$6.8 million to 
the newly formed entity based in British Columbia, AcquireCo
