BOARD COMMITTEE CHANGES AND CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (the 'Company') today announces that Lincoln
Pan will be appointed as Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees
of the Company, and John Witt will step down as Chair and member of these
committees.

 

The Company also announces that Emma Sze will be appointed as Company
Secretary of the Company, succeeding Jonathan Lloyd.

 

All the above changes will take effect from 5 March 2026.
