PUBLICATION OF 2025 ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (the Company) announces that the following
documents have been made available, to shareholders today:

 

·    Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 (Annual Report);

·    Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM Notice); and

·    Form of proxy for 2026 Annual General Meeting (Proxy Form).

 

These documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection at

The Annual Report, AGM Notice and Proxy Form are also available in the

the year ended 31 December 2025 made by the Company on 5 March 2026 and in the
Annual Report.
