Wall Street's main indexes fell on Thursday after the European Central Bank
raised its key policy rate despite fears of a global banking crisis, fueling
concerns that the Federal Reserve could also tighten monetary policy for longer.

31,998.13. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.96% at 3,929.48 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 1.55% at 11,611.038.
