Wall Street was set to open higher on Thursday ahead of more economic data and
commentary from Jerome Powell after the Federal Reserve chair stuck to the
script overnight by saying the central bank still expects to cut rates later
this year.  .N 
    
    At 9:02 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.24% at 38,800. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.40% at 5,132.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.57%
at 18,146.5.
