For transactions conducted from January 16, 2026, to March 24, 2026, the
realized gain calculated based on acquisition costs amounted to
NT$118,081,746.

As of the disposal date, this gain has been recognized in the unappropriated
earnings for the current year. In accordance with IFRS 9, NT$39,310,833 of
this amount was transferred from Other Equity of 2025, and NT$78,770,913 was
recognized as Other Comprehensive Income for 2026.
