Oct 13 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from French and Benelux media which could have an impact
on the region's markets or individual stocks.
    DIVIDENDS 
    Lawmakers in France's National Assembly late on Wednesday
voted in favour of an amendment which would raise taxes on
dividends paid out by large corporations to their shareholders
after making extraordinary profits.
    AIRBUS  AIR.PA :
    The head of European planemaker on Wednesday reaffirmed a
target of delivering a total of 700 aircraft in 2022 - a task he
said was necessary to reach a separate monthly production target
of 65 narrowbody jets in early 2024.
    AIR FRANCE-KLM  AIRF.PA :
    The board of ITA Airways has stripped executive chairman
Alfredo Altavilla of his powers, giving Chief Executive Fabio
Lazzerini the task of negotiating the sale of the Italian
state-owned carrier, a source close to the matter said on
Wednesday.
    Italy picked in August a group led by U.S. private equity
fund Certares, backed by Air France-KLM and Delta Air Lines Inc,
for exclusive talks on buying a majority stake in ITA Airways.
    ASML  ASML.AS :
    Chip gear-maker told U.S. employees to stop working with
customers in China, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.
    CLARANOVA  AVQ.PA :
    The French firm on Wednesday said its full-year net profit
had turned to loss of 10 million euros.
    FRANCE/PETROL STATIONS:
    France on Wednesday ordered some staff at an Exxon Mobil
fuel depot back to work and warned a TotalEnergies depot could
be next, risking a wider conflict with trade unions as it
battles to secure petrol supplies after weeks of strikes.
    HOFFMANN GREEN  ALHGR.PA :
    French firm on Wednesday said it had signed a 6-year
partnership with Fondeole Group to supply Hoffmann 0% clinker
cements in the French offshore and onshore wind energy markets. 
    VETOQUINOL  VETO.PA :
    The French group on Wednesday announced a revenue of 405
million euros for the first nine months year of the year. 
    VILMORIN & CIE  VILM.PA :
    French seed group on Wednesday reported EBITDA of 392.1
millon euros for its fiscal year 2021-2011 and said it expected
a business growth of between 6% and 8% and a current operating
margin rate of at least 8% for the current fiscal year.
