 * Very substantial acquisition  8103.HK  
 * Purchaser and the vendor entered into the sale and purchase agreement 
 * Purchaser conditionally agreed to acquire and the vendor conditionally agreed 
   to sell the target group. 
 * Consideration shall be paid by the purchaser to the vendor in cash and will 
   be funded by the loan 
 * Deal for total consideration hk$128 million 
 * Loan agreement between co and cordoba homes for facility of an amount up to 
   hk$150 million 
 * Target Group is Cicero and ISL; Vendor is Sky Field Holdings , unit of Imagi International; Purchaser is co
