Nov 13 (Reuters) - Pan Asia Mining Ltd  8173.HK : 
 * From 2 October and up to date of announcement, entered separate subscription agreements with independent private investors 
 * Pursuant to agreement the investors have agreed to subscribe in cash bonds in an aggregate principal amount of hk$30 million 
 * Net proceeds from the issue of bonds is hk$19.2 million
