The Company announces that it agreed on 10 March 2026 to allot 290,000
ordinary shares at a price of 253.5p per share, each fully paid under its
block listing facility.

 

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 March 2026, bringing the issued
share capital and total voting rights at that date to 199,294,679.
