    ** Helix enters binding offer letter with Alpha HPA Ltd
 A4N.AX  to acquire new tenement prospective for copper/base
metals
    ** Deal terms include HLX to issue 20 mln Helix shares to
Alpha HPA 
    ** Alpha HPA shares trade flat in early trade, post
announcement 
    ** HLX up 90% this year, as of last close
