Brief: Ubisoft says Guillemot brothers have deal to buy up to 1.75 pct of shares

Sept 1 (Reuters) - Ubisoft Entertainment SA  UBIP.PA  says: 
    * Was informed Guillemot Brothers SE has struck deal with a 
bank to buy up to around 1.75 percent of Ubisoft shares 
    * Call and put options for a two year and five months period 
will be settled either in cash or in shares at the discretion of 
Guillemot Brothers SE
