 * The price payable by the company for the tender is RMB 75.52 million 
 * 165 mu land was awarded to the company by the bankruptcy committee of xinye 
 * Company had successfully tendered for a portion of the lands with an area of 
   165 mu 
 * Tender not expected to have any material effect on earnings per share of 
   group for financial year ending 30 June 2016 
 * Says tender price will be funded through bank borrowings and/or internal 
   resources
