Sept 13 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday.

    Ericsson  ERICb.ST  said on Thursday it had created a new 
joint venture for selling network software tools with a dozen
telecom operators, including Verizon  VZ.N , Deutsche Telekom

    Grenergy said on Thursday it had registered a 150 million
euro ($166.26 million) green commercial paper programme in

    Separately, Grenergy has extended a strategic agreement with
China's BYD for the development of its Oasis de Atacama project
in Chile, according to Spanish newspaper Expansion.
    
    IBERDROLA  IBE.MC   
    Qatar Investment Authority, Iberdrola's largest shareholder,
plans to increase its stake in the Spanish utility, newspaper
Expansion said on Friday citing various unidentified sources in
