Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: TELEFONICA TEF.MC Spanish telecom company Telefonica TEF.MC said on Wednesday it agreed to sell its Uruguayan unit for $440 million to Luxembourg-based Millicom International MICC.F as part of its strategy to exit Spanish-speaking Latin America. AENA AENA.MC Spanish airport operator Aena is part of potential bidders for a group of 20 airports in Brazil, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Curacao operated by Brazil's Motiva MOTV3.SA, newspaper El Economista said on Thursday, citing a filing by Motiva to the Brazilian stock market regulator. REPSOL REP.MC Barclays raised Repsol's recommendation to "overweight" from "equal-weight". GRENERGY GREG.MC Grenergy said on Thursday it booked a first-quarter net profit of 32.4 million euros ($36.74 million).
