Cellnex said on Friday it will propose a reduction of share capital for up to 6.3 million euros, through a redemption of up to 25 million shares of the company equivalent to 3.66% of share capital.
GRIFOLS GRLS.MC
Hedge fund Kintbury Capital has raised its short position in Grifols to 1.71% of the drugmaker's capital, despite a planned U.S. IPO and debt refinancing, as investors doubt the company is ready for the listing, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday.
