UK-listed GreenRoc Mining falls on discounted placing

** Shares of GreenRoc Mining Plc GROC.L fall as much as 18.6% to record
low of 3.5p since its 2021 IPO
** Greenland-focused miner says it raised 550,000 pounds ($661,650) via
placing priced at 3.5p per share
** Placing price represents discount of 18.6% on last close
** Stock on track to log worst day ever, if losses hold
** Co also signs MoU with a Norway-headquartered mining and construction co
for its Amitsoq Graphite Project in Greenland
** Says proceeds from placing to be used for Amitsoq's development
** Including session's losses, stock down ~30% so far this year
($1 = 0.8313 pounds)
