April 5 (Reuters) - Green International Holdings Ltd  2700.HK : 
 * Company entered into the subscription agreement with the subscriber 
 * With the subscriber in relation to the issue of the convertible bonds. 
 * Gross and net proceeds from the issue of the convertible bonds will be 
   hk$12mln 
 * Proceeds are intended to be used as working capital and for potential 
   acquisitions of the group
