 * Company received the full refund of deposits in the sum of RMB6.3 million and RMB6.3 million from the Allied Crown vendor and the Arbo vendor respectively 
 * Company received the full refund of deposit in the sum of RMB12.5 million from the vendor to Enraytek acquisition 
 * Refers to announcement dated 31 January 2016, in relation to, the lapse of the Allied Crown acquisition, the Arbo acquisition and the Enraytek acquisition
