First Majestic Silver rises on Goldplay's plan to buy Plomosas project

** Shares of Canada-based silver producer  FR.TO  up 3% at
C$15.55 
    ** Says Goldplay Exploration Ltd  GPLY.V  intends to buy the
Plomosas silver project in Mexico from FR for a consideration
that includes C$100,000 ($76,899.42) in cash and a 19.9% stake
in GPLY     
    ** The Plomosas project is located 5 kms away from GPLY's
San Marcial silver-gold project
    ** FR gained 98.6% in 2019
