 1121.HK  surge 9% to HK$10.80, their highest since Nov 19
    ** Company says it plans to establish a 51%-owned venture to
develop a solar photovoltaic cell production line project in
Zhangjiakou Renewable Energy Pilot Zone in China's northwestern

    ** The Fujian, China-based company says Hua Yuan Power Co
Ltd and SDIC Power Holding Co Ltd  600886.SS  will hold 29% and
20% of the venture
    ** The Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC  gains
0.3%, while the Hang Seng Composite Index tracking industrials
 .HSCIIG  slips 0.7%
    ** The Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  falls 0.4% and the
benchmark Hang Seng Index  .HSI  eases 0.3%
    ** As of last close, the stock had soared 1,154% this year
