 * Discloseable transaction in relation to the system development agreement 
    1121.HK  
 * BAOF, a wholly- owned subsidiary of the company and Fujian Xingda entered into the system development agreement 
 * Says BAOF agreed to engage Fujian Xingda in providing design and development 
   services for the project 
 * Expected services fee payable by baof to Fujian Xingda for design and development services under system development agreement shall be RMB40 million
