HK's Golden Resources hits 3-year high on Vietnam joint venture

** Shares of Golden Resources Development International Ltd
 0677.HK  soar as much as 56.5 pct to HK$0.72, the highest since
June 2015, after the rice importer and wholesaler teams up with
a logistics group to expand business in Vietnam
    ** The shares later trim gains to HK$0.63, still up 37 pct
and heading for the best day since July 2007
    ** Co says to team up with a subsidiary of S.F. Holding Co
Ltd  002352.SZ  to form a joint venture providing domestic and
international express and logistics services and warehouse

    ** Co says the JV may expand business to neighbouring
countries providing logistics solutions to clients 
    ** As of the previous close, the stock had fallen 4.17
percent so far this year
    ** Golden Resources has outperformed the Hang Seng Commerce
& Industry Index sector  .HSNC  by 1.3 percentage points in the
past month
    ** Shenzhen-listed shares of S.F. Holding rise 2.5 pct,
heading for the best day since Aug. 21
