Dec 11 (Reuters) - Alternative Earth Resources Inc  AER.V : 
 * Court decision on proposed AER acquisition of Black Sea 
 * Court ruled that co cannot complete acquisition of BSCG until deal is 
   approved by AER shareholders at a special meeting 
 * Says management of AER and BSCG shall meet to consider consequences of 
   decision of court, including a potential appeal 
 * AER & BSCG management will also consider whether proposed BSCG deal, set to 
   expire on December 18, will be allowed to terminate
