** Shares of Go Fashion  GOFA.NS  fall as much as 5% to
1,135 rupees - biggest pct loss since Feb. 27
    ** About 6.9 mln shares of GOFA traded in block deals at
1,137.54 rupees apiece, as per Refinitiv data
    ** Venture capital firm Sequoia Capital will sell its entire
10.18% stake in co: media reports
    ** GOFA and Sequoia did not immediately respond to Reuters
request for comment
    ** If trends hold, co on track for second consecutive
session of falls
    ** More than 8.7 mln shares change hands by 10:47 a.m. IST
